Zastat holiday resort is one of the beautiful resort in Bangladesh. This resort is the country’s first ever 3 star eco-friendly holiday resort majestically located at three hills of Khadim nagar on Sylhet –Tamabil highway. It is just a 20 minutes drive away from the Osmani international airport of sylhet, Bangladesh and is also well-connected by rail and road. This resort is a brainchild of country’s top pediatrician Dr.M.Zakariya Hussain. The city was designed to bring about a synergy of modern architecture surrounded by the scenic beauty of the green hill.
The resort consists of more than 17 acres of green hills and hilltops, the state of the art motel depicting modern interior design and architecture, outdoor Park including amusement park, mini zoo, world class health centre, jogging track, modern Olympic size swimming pool. The motel rooms have executive desks, cable tv, 24 hours multi-cuisine dining etc. Restaurant caters array of local, Asian and international cuisines with emphasis on fresh, healthy and creative flavors.

This 1(one) storied building located at the lake side of the compound has all facilities to be a unique resort. It has 20 rooms including 03(three) family rooms and 17 twins deluxe can easily accommodate 43 persons. It named after Camellia trees.
